Since 2017, eXtend a Hand has grown in its capacity to give, obtaining 501(c)(3) status in 2021.

eXtend a Hand was created to provide financial assistance when eXp real estate agents and staff face hardships, such as natural disasters, health issues, domestic violence, family deaths, divorce or emergency surgeries.
