To apply for a financial assistance grant for yourself or to nominate another EXP Agent or Staff member, click here for application form. Your application will be reviewed and an email update regarding your application status will be emailed to you.

When Hurricane Harvey flooded Houston in 2017, a volunteer committee led by Glenn Sanford, Founder, Chairman and CEO of eXp World Holdings, and Lexy Sanchez, a founding member of eXp’s Agent Advisory Council, quickly stepped in with financial support for affected agents, brokers and staff.
Since 2017, eXtend a Hand has grown in its capacity to give, obtaining 501(c)(3) status in November 2021. This means that eXtend a Hand contributors are now eligible to receive a tax deduction.
As of December 2023, eXtend a Hand has provided over 515 grants through individual donations, fundraising events such as the bi-annual 5K Fund Run & Walk and purchases of I Heart eXp merchandise from the eXp brand store. Today we are pleased to announce that eXtend a Hand has launched its first official website where you can find the grant application form, ways to get involved or to donate and help give back to our eXp family.

eXp’s Community Day 2023 is our 5th annual day of service held on the birthday of EXP – October 10. eXp celebrates its 14th birthday by giving back. I Heart eXp is a group started to give back to our local communities and eXtend a Hand through merchandise sales. We come from a place of abundance and we believe in blessing others.

5K Fund Run Starts the Day – At daybreak, approximately 340 intrepid runners took part in the early morning 5K Fund Run along the grounds of Rosen Shingle Creek, in which more than $28,000 was raised with proceeds going to eXp’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit eXtend a Hand. The top finishers were a husband and wife from Louisville, Kentucky: eXp Realty agent Laine Bowling and Dr. Kyle Bowling. Holdings’ impressive year of financial results and growth dominated headlines of the 2022 eXp Shareholder Summit, in Orlando, Florida.
