What We Do

When Hurricane Harvey flooded Houston in 2017,  a volunteer committee led by Glenn Sanford, Founder, Chairman and CEO of eXp World Holdings, and Lexy Sanchez, a founding member of eXp’s Agent Advisory Council, quickly stepped in with financial support for affected agents, brokers and staff.

Since 2017, eXtend a Hand has grown in its capacity to give, obtaining 501(c)(3) status in November 2021. This means that eXtend a Hand contributors are now eligible to receive a tax deduction.

As of December 2024, eXtend a Hand has provided over 800 grants through individual donations, fundraising events such as the 5K Fund Run & Walk and purchases of I Heart eXp merchandise from the eXp brand store.
